Elderly Fairbanks resident seeks help probating his brother’s estate.  His brother dies in May 2017; he was disabled and had an agency acting as his guardian and payee during his lifetime.  The bother was never married and had no children, his heirs are his four siblings.  The agency reports there is $2000-3000 in a bank account and an interest in a Native allotment.
