This case involves custody of two young girls who were physically abused by their dad, who lives in California.  He has an extensive history of violence toward his wife as well, in addition to criminal charges for assault, drug use, and sexual abuse of a minor.  ALSC is helping this client request the case be transferred to Palmer, where she and the girls now reside.  She would like to get sole legal and physical custody
