79 year old Aniak resident needs assistance in a land dispute arising after the probate of the previous property owner’s estate.  Client has three receipts for the land sale.  Since her final payment in 1999, she has lived on the property without paying rent.  She has received several requests for payment of an additional $54,000 for the land.  Our client may not have received adequate notice of probate.  Additionally, she may have a strong claim to the title of the land under adverse possession.
