Woman in Sitka need help with a custody modification.  There are two children at issue.  Client is intimidated by her ex-husband; he was emotionally abusive to her.  Client moved back to Sitka six months ago but has been refused visitation with her daughters.  She says there is a provision in the custody order that says she must be gainfully employed to exercise shared custody.  She is currently unemployed.
